Our Story
A question that became Soleeva
In 2010, an engineer and a manufacturing finance executive sat down with a single question: what if chemical and mechanical engineering innovation could fundamentally change the solar industry?
That question became Soleeva. Founded with the goal of developing higher-output, longer-lasting solar panels, we set out to transform the efficiency-cost equation that had defined and limited solar for decades.
Today, our team of machinists, mechanical engineers, optimists, and innovators still delivers on that original vision.

Ahmad Qazi
CEO
Ahmad has spent more than 30 years turning engineering ideas into real businesses. His career has spanned operations, global supply chain, engineering, sales and marketing, and product development across finance and manufacturing. At Soleeva, Ahmad leads with a commitment to products that genuinely outperform, and a service culture that keeps customers for life.
Ralph Ahlgren
CTO & President
Ralph's career is built on a rare combination: degrees in analytical chemistry and chemical engineering, and decades of hands-on manufacturing experience across semiconductors, magnetic storage, optical telecommunications, and biotech equipment. At Soleeva, he authors the company's core patents and leads the technical development of its heat-exchange designs and optical features.
Jass Aulakh
CTO & President
Over six years at Soleeva, Jass has expanded the company's customer base significantly and driven multimillion-dollar revenue growth. His background in developing communication systems for transportation vehicles gave him a sharp instinct for products and the people who use them — an instinct he's applied directly to how Soleeva grows.

Richard Williams
Richard's career spans semiconductor device physics, integrated circuit design, power engineering, energy technology, and machine learning — a breadth that has shaped major industries including computing, automotive, and energy. As an inventor, entrepreneur, and international business executive, he brings both deep technical credibility and a proven ability to see where technology is heading before the market does.
Chris Graham
Chris brings 40 years of intellectual property law and business counsel to Soleeva's advisory board. A decorated IP trial attorney, he works with companies on portfolio management, business development strategy, and transactions and disputes of all kinds. His operations experience, gained from law firm leadership and board roles across for-profit and non-profit organizations, makes him as useful in a boardroom as a courtroom.
